together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a small saucepan, heat the honey or fruit syrup, almond or coconut butter and vanilla extract until melted and incorporated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from heat and stir the honey\/butter mixture into the cereal until evenly coated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and press well to compact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrigerate the bars for about 1 hour or until completely firm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from the pan and cut into bars.
